Hi, I’m Helena!
Hey, I’m Helena - wife, mum, iced coffee lover and women’s health coach.
My own health journey started over 8 years ago, and after spending years (and a lot of money!) on coaching that didn’t work I founded Roar Coaching in 2022.
Since then I’ve been helping women break unhealthy cycles with food, fitness and their mindset through a more compassionate and sustainable approach to health.
My coaching combines trauma-informed care, holistic wellbeing and movement to create a space where women feel safe, supported and empowered to grow in a way that honours their unique journey.
I’m on a mission to change the game of the fitness industry because it’s time for a trauma-informed approach to become the norm and for every woman to find freedom in her health. Why not join me?
